Job Summary:
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in inpatient care is sought in Plymouth, Massachusetts. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders within a healthcare facility setting. Job Details:

• Location: Plymouth, Massachusetts
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Massachusetts State License, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), at least 1 year of experience in speech-language pathology, LTC or Rehabilitation experience, and an active ASHA and State licensure. New graduates with Level II experience (not just Level I observation) are eligible.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role requires effective screening, evaluation, and rehabilitation of patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, following all regulatory and clinical practice standards. Responsibilities include developing appropriate care plans, utilizing standardized assessments, documenting progress, participating in team meetings, and supervising students or CFYs when applicable. Adherence to ASHA and State practice acts and ethics is mandatory.
