Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment located in Commerce Township, Michigan. The role involves providing technical support and patient care during procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. This position emphasizes continuous communication with physicians and operation of specialized equipment to ensure patient safety and procedural success.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, Certification in the specialty, and applicable education requirements
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Cath Lab environment with proficiency in equipment operation and patient support
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Cath Lab Tech is responsible for providing technical and patient support and patient care. Communicates continuously with the physician about patient condition. Assists physicians during procedures. Operates all equipment safely and correctly. Assesses procedure room for equipment functioning and readiness. Obtains supplies for cases and ensures all needs of the Cardiac Cath Lab team are met. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities. Call shifts are required.
