Interventional Radiology (IR) Specialist position available in Miami, Florida. This role involves working in a specialized unit that performs advanced procedures with a focus on interventional radiology techniques. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Location: Miami, Florida
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, valid radiologic technology license, no experience requirement specified, candidate must be licensed to practice in the state of Florida
- Schedule: Days shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Additional Information:
- Unit involves special procedures including Y90 procedures, prostate embolization, tunneled catheter placements, thoracentesis, paracentesis
- Unit staffed with 8 clinical staff members
- Equipment used includes Philips interventional radiology tables, Meditech documentation system
- Call requirements: one week per month
- Dress code: Scrubs provided in specified color
