Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position located in Peoria, Illinois. This role involves performing technical procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory, including scrubbing, monitoring hemodynamics, and circulating. The candidate must bring their active Illinois license on the first day. Shift scheduled for 10 hours days with on-call rotation, weekends, and holidays.

- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40.0
- Required Qualifications: Valid active Illinois license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated. Certifications include ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), BLS (Basic Life Support), and IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency). Experience required is a minimum of 2 years in a cath lab.
- Preferred Qualifications: Ped's experience and McKesson cardiology PACS experience are preferred but not required.
- Additional Information: The role requires adherence to facility-specific policies, including a local rate policy, on-call requirements, and orientation hours. The department handles approximately 10 to 15 cases daily with a focus on scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring hemodynamics. The candidate must produce a negative drug screen upon onboarding. The orientation period lasts 3 to 5 days.
