Job Summary
Physical Therapist Assistant (SNF) Ada, Oklahoma. The physical therapist assistant role supports clinical interventions by providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision and direction of a physical therapist. Responsibilities include administering therapeutic procedures, documenting treatment and progress, and communicating with the supervising physical therapist to adjust care plans as needed. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license and active Oklahoma licensure when applicable; 1+ years of PTA experience (LTC or rehab experience required); Skills checklist submitted within 1 year; resume required; 01 reference at time of submission; must submit documentation as requested
