Job Summary
Physical Therapist Assistant (SNF) Ada, Oklahoma. The physical therapist assistant role supports clinical interventions by providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision and direction of a physical therapist. Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license and active Oklahoma licensure when applicable; 1+ years of PTA experience (LTC or rehab experience required); Skills checklist submitted within 1 year; resume required; 01 reference at time of submission; must submit documentation as requested
