Description

Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Technologist located in Decatur, Georgia. This position involves supporting advanced interventional procedures, troubleshooting imaging equipment, and providing high-quality patient care. Candidates must possess an active license and bring their license on the first day to qualify for the role.

Job Details:

Position: Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology Lab
Location: Decatur, Georgia
Shift: Days; 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
Schedule: 10 Days, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM; on-call required, including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic or cardiovascular technology; 1 year experience as an Interventional Vascular Specialist, Interventional Radiology Technologist, or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist; current ARRT-R (with VI or CV credential) or RCIS license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; without minimum experience specified
Preferred Qualifications: Travel experience preferred; intermediate knowledge of x-ray equipment and troubleshooting; ability to assist with complex procedures including pulmonary thrombectomy, AAA, TEVAR, FEVAR; familiarity with specialty devices such as laser, penumbra, Inari, and shockwave; knowledge of vascular anatomy and lesion recognition; effective communication with team, patients, and medical staff
Float: Float rotation may be required.
