Description

Job Summary:
The technologist specializing in X-ray procedures is located in Walla Walla, Washington. This position involves performing general radiography including specialized procedures such as fluoroscopy and operating room imaging. Candidates are required to bring their valid Washington State license on the first day of employment. The role demands flexibility to float within different units as needed.

Job Details:

  • Location: Walla Walla, Washington
  • Schedule: Days shift; minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Washington State (WA) license, ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, 0 years of experience required, candidate must have a valid Allied license in hand.
  • Certifications: ARRT (Radiologic Technology), BLS, WA Licensure.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in radiography preferred, with specific skills including abdomen decubitus, supine (KUB), upright, AC joints, chest, extremities, trauma cases, operating room, and fluoroscopy procedures.
  • Additional Information: Must have EPIC electronic charting system experience. Candidates should understand Infection Prevention and PPE protocols.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Other Details: Will perform a variety of radiographic procedures including the preparation and/or administration of contrast media, radiation safety, and portable procedures. Must include responses regarding previous work at Providence facilities and references during submission.
