Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, and experience include a minimum of 0 years of experience, with a focus on physical therapy in SNF environments. Must have the ability to start in October. Candidate should have outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: SNF experience is preferred, but not required.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be able to start in October. The assignment duration is 13 weeks, with a 14-day cancel policy and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
