Physical Therapy (PT) specialist with a focus on Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), located in North Dakota. The role involves providing outpatient therapeutic services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The position offers a 13-week assignment starting in late October, with an emphasis on immediate availability and clinical experience in SNF settings.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, and experience include a minimum of 0 years of experience, with a focus on physical therapy in SNF environments. Must have the ability to start in October. Candidate should have outpatient therapy experience preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: SNF experience is preferred, but not required.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Candidate must be able to start in October. The assignment duration is 13 weeks, with a 14-day cancel policy and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
