Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, located in Yuma, Arizona. This position involves evaluating, planning, administering, and supervising physical therapy treatment in accordance with physician referrals, regulatory standards, and departmental policies. Candidates are required to bring their current Physical Therapy license on the first day. The position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, with shifts primarily during the day.
