Job Summary:
Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health (PT HH) position available in Morristown, New Jersey. The role involves providing patient evaluation, establishing care plans, delivering interventions, and educating patients and families within a large acute care setting. Candidates are required to bring their licensed credentials on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Morristown, New Jersey
• Schedule: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Monday through Friday) with no weekend shifts required
• Required Qualifications: New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy, graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program, 0-4 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, experience in acute care in a large academic medical setting preferred, Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist license, Epic EMR experience, board certification as a specialist in an area suitable for care in an acute care setting, prior clinical affiliation with Atlantic Health preferred
• Additional Information: Candidates should have experience in working in a large acute care facility, be team players, and demonstrate excellent patient care skills. Support of the Morris County region is included in the schedule.
