Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologist (RT) Radiographer (Mammography) in Edinburg, Texas. This position involves performing screening and diagnostic mammography procedures, including special views, with a strong focus on image quality and patient education. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Edinburg, TX
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (off the Monday prior when covering Saturday)
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Texas Medical Board License (Medical Radiologic Technologist), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification (Radiography and Mammography), 3 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred, proficiency with Hologic Selenia units, experience with EMR (Epic and Meditech), knowledge of QC testing, image quality assessment, and troubleshooting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with bone density and breast ultrasound, familiarity with EMR, RIS, PACS, and Medical Record System software programs.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other imaging facilities as needed.
• Additional Information: Candidate with 22 years of mammography experience including travel, worked in imaging and trauma facilities (Level 2 & 3), and has used Epic and Meditech EMR systems.
