Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist (Specialty: Outpatient) position is available in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan. This role involves evaluating patient function, developing treatment plans, and educating patients, families, and caregivers regarding their conditions and care options. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Michigan (MI) Physical Therapist License, BLS (AHA) certification, current skills checklist pertinent to physical therapy (valid within the last year), PT experience including outpatient settings, two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years, and residence outside of a 100-mile radius from the facility.

• Additional Information: Candidates will delegate responsibilities to the Physical Therapist Assistant and aides. Responsibilities include patient assessment, developing and updating treatment plans, and providing patient education. Submission must include active licenses and reference forms.
