Description
Job Summary:
Mammographer in Anchorage, Alaska. This position involves performing screening and diagnostic mammography procedures, with proficiency in stereotactic guided biopsies and wire localization. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. The role offers a day shift working Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with no holidays, call, or weekends.
Job Details:
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (Mammography) (M) certification, BLS certification, degree or education requirements as applicable, valid license, and zero years of experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Perform screening and diagnostic mammography, stereotactic guided wire locs and biopsies. Experience in tomosynthesis, weekly quality control, and proficiency with specific imaging equipment and electronic medical records is preferred. The position is located within the radiology department of a healthcare facility in Anchorage, Alaska.
