Description
Job Summary:
The MRI Technologist position is located in Eureka, California. This role involves performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Candidates are required to bring their valid California license on the first day. The position primarily shifts during daytime hours, with an expected minimum of 36 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 12-hour shift hours, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid California license, 1 Year of charge experience, ARMRIT or ARRT R certifications, BLS certification, and specific charting experience with Epic EMR.
- Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Level II experience, travel experience.
- Float: Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility.
- Additional Information: Travelers may be required to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted site. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and forfeiture of guaranteed hours. The organization will supply communication devices needed for duties at no cost; if not provided, the organization will pay a monthly fee up to $50. Candidates should consider housing options in the area due to limited availability. Travelers must be willing to work two of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
