Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient specialization in Greenville, Ohio. The selected candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy services to support patient recovery and functional improvement. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Greenville, Ohio
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; possession of an active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment experience with the organization or its affiliates is highly desired; successful completion of a previous assignment with the organization is a plus
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals, maintains accurate medical records, ensures care under signed physician orders, participates in student programs, and engages in continuous professional development. Adheres to state practice acts and professional standards, maintains licensure, and understands performance improvement initiatives.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
