The organization is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Job Details:
- Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 06/22/2026
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active applicable license in Iowa; CPR certification; 0 or more years of outpatient clinical experience
- Additional Information:
- Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops tailored treatment plans focused on discharge goals within an established length of stay.
- Ensures accurate and timely medical record documentation, including goal setting, functional assessments, and charge entries, in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
- Participates in student supervision and contributes to a positive learning environment.
- Pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education and professional activities.
- Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to relevant State Practice Acts and professional codes of conduct.
- Engages in organizational performance improvement initiatives and contributes to quality enhancement.
