Job Summary:
GIRARD, Pennsylvania Outpatient Physical Therapist. This position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients, with a focus on assisting patients in returning to community activities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active or applicable license for the State of Pennsylvania; 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies individualized treatment plans. Responsible for documentation, patient education, and ensuring care complies with physician orders and insurance requirements. Participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and maintains licensure in good standing. Adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety protocols.
