Job Summary:
A Mammographer position is available in Palo Alto, California. This role involves performing diagnostic mammography procedures, including 3-D mammograms, screening mammograms, stereotactic biopsies, and other related imaging services. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment. The position offers a day shift and requires flexibility to work weekends and weekdays, including potential evening hours.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekends and variable between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays.
- Required Qualifications: ARRT R* certification, valid California license, BLS certification, at least 1 year of previous charge experience, and 2 years of mammography experience. Candidates must have uploaded Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks, with a valid California State License, applicable certifications with expiration dates, and two references obtained within the last year.
- Certifications: ARRT R*, BLS.
- Skills: 3-D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, Digital Mammography, Hologic 3D, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Needle Localizations*, Radiation Safety, Screening Mammograms, Stereotactic Biopsy*.
- Additional Information: Onboarding labs to be completed within 3-5 days of contract signing. All compliance documents are due 10 days prior to start date. Candidates must provide accurate work history for the past 7 years and meet the RTO policy of a maximum of 7 days per contract.
