Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position in Los Alamos, New Mexico. This role involves providing respiratory therapy services to a diverse patient population across all ages in a 47-bed acute care facility. Candidates are required to bring their licensure and certifications on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:
- Address: 3917 West Road, Los Alamos, NM 87544
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 06/22/2026
- Required Qualifications: Certification and licensure necessary to work as a Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) in New Mexico. Certifications include Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). At least 1 year of experience preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with pediatric patients.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The facility serves all ages and requires adherence to clinical standards and operational protocols. Candidates must complete fingerprinting and background checks as mandated by the state of New Mexico.
