Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care is needed in Avondale, Arizona. The candidate will be responsible for providing outpatient physical therapy services to diverse adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations. This position requires candidates to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid physical therapy license; minimum of 1 year outpatient physical therapy experience; outpatient setting experience required.
• Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM; 8 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapy license; outpatient physical therapy experience; minimum of 1 year experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with NextGen electronic medical records, outpatient caseload management, fall risk assessment, and gross motor assessments.
• Additional Information: Average caseload size of 55 visits per week; dress code is business casual. The role involves handling ortho cases such as Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tears, Post-Operative Back Pain, Calf Strain, Disc Herniation, Fractures and Stress Fractures, Generalized Low Back Pain, Headaches, Meniscus Tears, Osteoarthritis, Plantar Fasciitis, Postural Dysfunction, Rotator Cuff interventions, SI Joint Dysfunction, Stenosis, and Total Joint Replacement.
