Job Summary:
The Outpatient Physical Therapist position in Frisco, Texas, involves evaluating patients, developing, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals and promote effective return to community activities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position requires a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school and CPR certification. The role is scheduled for day shifts, Monday through Friday.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR certification, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, location in Frisco, Texas, and valid state licensure.
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing clinical reasoning-based treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately and timely, and ensuring care is provided under signed, valid physician orders.
• Participates in student programs by providing supervision, development of learning objectives, and completing evaluations.
• Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all state-mandated continuing education requirements.
• Engages in professional development through continuing education, self-study, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Demonstrates adherence to organizational safety policies and performance improvement initiatives.
