Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Outpatient care in Plano, Texas. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans aligned with physician directions, and documenting care effectively. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Plano, Texas
- Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP)
- Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; current professional licensure in good standing; understanding of performance improvement methodology; adherence to discipline-specific State Practice Act and other regulatory requirements.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive evaluations and utilizes clinical reasoning to create treatment plans. Completes accurate and timely medical record documentation, ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders, and participates in student programs and professional development activities. Maintains ethical standards and complies with relevant regulations.
