Job Summary:
The individual will serve as a Physical Therapist specializing in Outpatient services at a home health setting in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The role involves providing direct patient care, collaborating with care teams, and assisting in developing comprehensive care plans. Candidates are required to bring their Massachusetts Physical Therapist license on the first day of assignment. This position is scheduled for dayshift hours, starting on July 6, 2026.

Job Details:

• Address: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license; active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS); 0 years of experience minimum; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; proficient in home health care including OASIS; must have a valid drivers license and own a vehicle; experience with acute nursing care and home care preferred; successful submission of work history, skills checklist current to within one year, and a supervisory signed reference from within the past two years required
• Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in acute nursing care and home health experience
• Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS
