Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) at a facility located in Hudson, Florida. This position involves performing advanced MRI procedures in a busy imaging department. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role includes working in a dynamic environment with daily collaboration with radiologists and staying current with technological upgrades.

Job Details:

• Location: Hudson, FL
• Shift: 10 hours per day, with shifts available Monday through Friday, including evenings and weekends.
• Required Qualifications: Valid MRI Technologist certification, applicable education, and licensure. No minimum years of experience specified.
• Schedule: Shift hours are 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM for day shifts, with coverage extending into evenings and weekends as per facility policy. Candidate must work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with hospital staff.
• Additional Information:
  • Ability to work independently with Radiologist availability.
  • Proficient in patient care, ensuring MRI environment safety.
  • Willing to adapt protocols for patients or physicians.
  • Eagerness to learn new procedures and virtual applications.
  • The department is planning an upgrade to newer MRI technology to enhance scan speed and quality.
  • Future department expansion includes a second scanner, contributing to department growth.
  • Traveler schedule will align with facility policy, including working every other weekend and Holidays.
