Job Summary:
The outpatient physical therapist specializing in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation will be responsible for providing expert therapy services at the designated facility in San Francisco, California. The role involves delivering patient-centered care for a diverse patient population across various age groups. Candidates are required to bring their California licensure on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: San Francisco, California
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts from 09:00 to 17:30, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid California license, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, minimum of 2 years outpatient physical therapy experience, Epic charting system experience preferred, travel experience required, candidates must provide 7 years of work history verification, and in-hand certifications at the time of submission
• Preferred Qualifications: Five years of outpatient physical therapy experience, previous charge experience, and familiarity with Epic electronic medical records system
• Additional Information: Candidates must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing. Travelers should be aware of the 50-mile travel requirement and that local candidates are accepted at a lower billing rate. All candidates must be vaccinated for COVID-19 and influenza.
