Job Summary:
MRI Technologist position located in Ellsworth, Maine. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology in a healthcare facility setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position starts on July 6, 2026, and offers a rotating shift schedule.

Job Details:

Location: Ellsworth, Maine
Experience Required: Two years of MRI experience; will accept a mixture of acute and outpatient experience. First-time travelers are not accepted.
Certifications and Education: BLS (Basic Life Support), ARRT-Magnetic Resonance (ARRT-MR) certification, State license.
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, rotating between Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Friday with no weekend rotation or holidays; scheduling will be managed to accommodate RTO approvals through the manager.
Required Qualifications: Experience with MRI procedures, IV starts, excellent communication skills, self-starter attitude, multitasking ability, proficiency in producing high-quality images. Ability to work independently, with support available on-site.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Philips equipment is preferred but not required.
Support on the Unit: Lead technicians in other modalities, manager/supervisor, Rapid Response/Code Team, Radiologist available Wednesday and Thursday.
Technology/Equipment: EMR: Cerner, PACS: Agfa, Equipment used: 1.5 Tesla Philips Ingenia Ambition.
Additional Information: No orientation period scheduled; parking available in a free lot; scrubs of any solid color, professional with no graphics, logos, or designs.
