Job Summary:
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in Home Health located in Kentucky. The position involves providing speech therapy services across a broad territory covering multiple counties, with a focus on managing various patient conditions such as CVA/Aphasia. The role requires statewide travel, effective time management, and adherence to clinical standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Kentucky state license in hand at submission, BLS (American Heart Association), Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) via ASHA, 1 year of clinical experience, Home Health experience
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Additional Information: Must be agreeable to covering all 11 counties across both offices in Elizabethtown and Bardstown, Kentucky. Travel from corner to corner may take over 2.5 hours. The position involves a 2-week department-specific orientation with a work coach and requires professional attire. Travel between sites and counties is part of the workflow, utilizing provided phone and tablet for communication.
