Job Summary:
The Ultrasonographer (General) position is located in Frisco, Colorado, within the radiology department specializing in ultrasound imaging. This role involves performing vascular, abdominal, liver, thyroid, AAA, breast, duplex venous, and carotid studies. Candidates must bring their applicable license on the first day and possess strong vascular experience. The position requires working 12-hour days with some call responsibilities, including weekends and potential holidays.

Job Details:

• Shift: 12 Hour days with some call, working weekends and holidays. Call hours typically from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., likely on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays.
• Required Qualifications: ARDMS certification (RDMS, RDCS, or RVT), BLS (American Heart Association); minimum of 2 years of imaging experience in vascular and general ultrasound. No minimum years experience specified for the candidates experience requirement.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE and Philips imaging equipment; ARDMS (OB/GYN) or AB or BR certifications, with RVT preferred.
• Additional Information: Department utilizes GE, Phillips, and Siemens equipment; radiology supervisor or lead tech available on-site. No use of Registered Radiology Assistants. Radiologists are in-house twice weekly for general and breast imaging. No IV starts required for this role.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
