Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position in Weston, Wisconsin. This inpatient role involves providing respiratory therapies primarily to adult patients with minimal pediatric and neonatal cases, within various hospital units including ER, ICU, and medical-surgical floors. The position requires candidates to bring their license on the first day of work.

• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license via the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC); Certifications including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (AHA), Basic Life Support (AHA), Neonatal Resuscitation Program, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA); 1 year of experience preferred but not required
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Additional Information: Position involves working with vents, Bipap, basic respiratory treatments, EKGs, and assisting with intubations. Candidates should demonstrate teamwork and the ability to manage ventilators, perform ABGs, and handle charge verification with proper documentation in Cerner electronic medical record system. Must note if previously worked for the organization, with an end date at least 6 months prior to submission. Holiday coverage includes 2-3 winter holidays and every other holiday otherwise.
