Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) is needed for an inpatient rehabilitation unit located in Rochester, New Hampshire. This position involves working on a dedicated inpatient rehab unit with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role offers an opportunity to join a highly experienced team committed to excellent patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Location: Rochester, New Hampshire
- Shift Hours: 8 hours (08/06/2026 start date)
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Required Qualifications: Inpatient care experience preferred; open to training and mentorship. Valid New Hampshire license within scope of practice is required. BLS certification is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with neuro patients, advanced skills are a plus but not required.
- Additional Information: Unit features state-of-the-art equipment, low staff turnover, high team and patient engagement surveys, and outstanding patient outcomes.
- Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, may include a weekend shift.
- Float: Float to medical-surgical units if inpatient rehabilitation census is lower.
- Responsibilities include providing outpatient therapy services, maintaining excellent communication and patient rounding, and adhering to unit policies and guidelines.
