Description
Job Summary:
Electrophysiology Technologist position located in Janesville, Wisconsin. The role involves supporting cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures, including electrophysiology studies, TAVR, and left atrial appendage closure. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Janesville, Wisconsin
- Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. One to two weeknight of call, every fourth weekend. The shift hours for this position are 10 hours per day with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited radiology program (education verification required), Wisconsin State Radiology Technologist License, AART registered, Cardiovascular Technologist registered, BLS Certification, ACLS Certification.
- Additional Information: Verify package integrity and expiration dates on sterile supplies. Prepare patients and equipment for sterile procedures. Monitor procedural data and maintain logs. Provide patient comfort and assist with sterile technique. Adhere to radiation safety protocols, document fluoroscopy time and radiation doses, and evaluate safety report compliance.
