Description

Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OUTPATIENT) in Yelm, WA. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services as part of a healthcare organization. The position requires working days with a scheduled shift of 8 hours, ensuring patient care and documentation compliance.

Job Details:

Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid active license in the state of Washington or eligible for a Compact License; 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy; current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy settings and documentation
Additional Information: The assignment is for a 20-26 week commitment starting on 10/12/2026. Equipment will be provided during interviews. Dress code details will be provided on the first day. Parking will be provided during the first day.
