Job Summary:
The facility located in Albany, New York, is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join their team. This position requires candidates to hold a valid license as a Radiation Therapist in New York, with the ability to obtain the license during onboarding. The Radiation Therapist will administer ionizing radiation and radioactive substances to patients under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist, following all state and safety protocols. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Albany, NY
• Shift Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Satisfactory completion of a training program in a Radiation Therapy Technology program in an AMA approved school, meeting the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), and being licensed as a Radiation Therapist by the New York State Department of Health. No prior minimum experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: ARRT certification.
