Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in Fairbanks, Alaska. This outpatient position is scheduled to begin on September 14, 2026, and involves working in a busy sports therapy environment with a focus on outpatient care. The role involves providing patient-centered therapy sessions with a 1:1 ratio, delivering 45-minute treatments in private and gym settings. The position offers flexibility with 8- or 10-hour shifts and a minimum commitment of six months.

Job Details:

• Location: Fairbanks, Alaska
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license, 2 years of outpatient experience, willingness to commit to at least six months, ability to start on 09/14/2026, and available for flexible 8 or 10 hour shifts
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with sports therapy or large gym environments, strong commitment to a 6-month minimum, and minimal time off (preferably no more than 3 days during the contract period)
• Additional Information: The outpatient facility features five private treatment areas and three large gyms, with a focus on sports therapy. Candidates should be prepared to take time off prior to the contract start date rather than during.
