Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care in Denver, Colorado. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, completing accurate medical documentation, and ensuring care complies with signed physician orders. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Denver, Colorado
• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Start Date: 06/29/2026
• Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
  • Active/applicable license for the State of Colorado
  • CPR Certification
  • 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization (highly desired)
  • Prior experience with the organization (nice to have)
  • Six-month duration of prior experience (highly desired)
• Additional Information:
  • Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Maintains timely and accurate medical record documentation in accordance with policies and regulations
  • Participates in student programs and provides supervision as appropriate
  • Engages in ongoing professional development and adheres to state practice laws and professional conduct standards
  • Demonstrates understanding and participation in performance improvement initiatives
