Job Details:

• Location: Aurora, Colorado
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; active applicable license for the State of Colorado
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with outpatient therapy in a clinical setting; familiarity with outpatient treatment protocols
• Additional Information: Candidates will evaluate assigned patients, develop and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, physician directions, and organizational standards. Documentation must be completed accurately and timely, including goal setting, medical necessity letters, and charge entry. The role includes participation in student programs, pursuit of ongoing professional development, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. Emphasis is placed on patient and staff safety, clinical reasoning, and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
