Speech Language Pathologist Inpatient Douglasville, GA. This position involves providing specialized speech therapy services within an inpatient healthcare setting. The role requires a proactive and compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring effective communication and swallowing management for diverse patient populations.
Job Details
- Shift: Dayshift, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a total of 12 hours per shift
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Start Date: 07/27/2026
- Required Qualifications: Certified or licensed Speech Language Pathologist; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or ARC-BLS (American Red Cross Basic Life Support); at least 3 years of experience; effective communication skills, customer service focus, team-oriented, and basic computer skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Certified/licensed Speech Pathologist; BLS certification preferred.
- Additional Information: Candidates must have prior hospital or acute care experience, including proficiency with Modified Barium Swallow exams. Shift is dayshift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This role does not include call, holiday, or weekend requirements.
