Job Summary:
A Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) position is available in the inpatient rehabilitation and acute care units located in Lawton, Oklahoma. This role involves working on a rotating shift schedule with approximately 3 rotations per quarter. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

- Shift Hours: 12 hours, rotating schedule approximately 3 times per quarter
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Start Date: 06/30/2026
- Required Qualifications: Current work history skills checklist pertinent to the specialty (current within 1 year), NBCOT certification, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, Oklahoma licensure, and eligibility to work in the United States. Recent traveler experience is preferred but not required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Traveler experience.
- Additional Information: Will accept new graduates. Submission requires two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years. Candidates' permanent address is considered; local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate.
- Responsibilities: Assist in inpatient rehab and acute care settings, collaborate with team members, and ensure compliance with facility SOPs.
