A Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health services is needed in Danbury, Connecticut. This role involves providing patient care in a home health setting with approximately six patient visits per day. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position operates during daytime hours with a weekend rotation.

Job Details:

Location: Danbury, Connecticut
Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; weekend rotation
Required Qualifications: CT Physical Therapist (PT) license, at least 1 year of home care experience, minimum of 0 years of experience, location in Connecticut, and the ability to start on 07/13/2026
Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of HCHB Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software
