Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist position located in Napa, California. The role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services at an outpatient clinic setting, with a focus on post-operative care, orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, and general deconditioning. Candidates are required to bring their California licensure on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Daily hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, except Fridays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid California license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, 0 years of experience, and must include SSN, date of birth, and RTO at time of submission.
• Certifications: BLS.

• Experience and Additional Requirements: 1 year of charge experience preferred; community hospital experience preferred; EMR experience with Epic preferred; willingness to float between sister facilities; references covering 1 year (with 6 months for CNAs) required; COVID-19 vaccination not required; flu vaccination status unknown.
• Additional Information: Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility. Must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
