Job Summary:

- Required Qualifications: Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license, 1+ years of OT experience, Long-term Care (LTC) or rehab experience, valid skills checklist within 1 year, 0-1 references at time of submission, and the ability to meet submission requirements.
- Preferred Qualifications: Candidates considered as long as they have Level II experience and are not just Level I observations.
- Additional Information: Candidates must have their active OT license at the time of submission and should submit at the posted rate; if a higher rate is submitted, the candidate will be redirected.
