Description
Job Summary:
A Mammographer position is available in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves performing mammography procedures within a healthcare facility environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Shift Schedule: Dayshift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for a duration of 13 weeks.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in mammography, current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Mammography (Mammo) certification, official documentation of at least 200 completed mammography exams in the last 24 months signed by leadership, 15 Breast specific Continuing Education Units (CEUs) in the last 3 years, 8 hours of documented digital training, 8 hours of documented 3D/tomo training, 40 hours of mammography training, 25 supervised mammography exams.

- Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The position requires candidates to have valid ARRT Mammography certification and relevant recent experience. Candidates must submit official documentation confirming eligibility as well as proof of ongoing training.
