Description
Job Summary:
The Xray Technologist position is located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This role involves performing a variety of radiologic imaging procedures, supporting patient care, and maintaining technical competencies. Candidates are required to bring their licenses on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or an accepted equivalent; Radiography (R) certification by ARRT; New Mexico state licensure as RRT by MIRTP NMEDB; BLS certification from American Heart Association; 0 years of experience preferred; basic computer skills required.
- Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
- Additional Information: Weekend requirement with on-call duties; ability to work other shifts and/or at different campuses as needed; troubleshooting and maintaining imaging equipment; adherence to all policies and safety standards; participation in ongoing education and quality assurance activities.
