Description
Job Summary:
Waco, Texas This position involves performing radiology procedures under general supervision of a Radiologist within a healthcare facility. The Radiologic Technologist will execute high-quality imaging in accordance with established protocols to support accurate diagnosis. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 3x12s shifts, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: BLS (AHA only), ARRT certification, 0 years of experience required, located in Waco, TX.
- Required Qualifications: Valid ARRT certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, Texas state license if applicable, and flexible to work night shifts.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as an X-ray Technologist with at least 2 years of experience.
- Additional Information: Ability to perform high-quality radiology procedures efficiently, explain procedures to patients, work independently, and maintain a calm attitude under stress. Capable of administering first aid, using emergency equipment, and providing excellent patient care across age groups including newborn, pediatric, young adult, adult, and geriatric. May serve as a preceptor and take call if required.
