Description
Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Outpatient (OT OP) in Tampa, Florida. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing therapy services tailored to individual needs. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:
- Location: Tampa, FL
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, active applicable license for the State of Florida, CPR Certification, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, and experience with hand therapy and splint fabrication
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior successful assignment with the recruiting agency or organization (highly desired).
- Additional Information: The position requires performing comprehensive evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans with clinical reasoning, documenting in medical records in accordance with guidelines, participating in student programs, and maintaining professional licensure. Candidates must adhere to the State Practice Act and regulatory standards, and follow performance improvement initiatives.
