Physical Therapist (Outpatient) Klamath Falls, OR

The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting. This role supports patient care in an outpatient environment and requires readiness to work scheduled day shifts, including either 8- or 10-hour shifts per facility need. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Days; 10 hours per shift; minimum 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Physical Therapist license (license required for submission); Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification; 2 years of experience.

  • Additional Information: Unit type is outpatient. Charting system is EPIC. The organizations clinics will be closed from 09/16/202609/18/2026 (WednesdayFriday) while clinics move into a new building; the week of 09/14/202609/18/2026 will reflect actual hours worked. Trauma level is 3. Charting system: EPIC.
