Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care is sought in Avondale, Arizona. The position involves providing therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, managing a caseload with approximately 11 visits per day. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

• Required Qualifications: Certification as a licensed physical therapist, at least 1 year of experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations, proficiency in caseload management, skills in conducting standard initial evaluations, familiarity with NextGen electronic medical record system, acceptable dress code of polo and sneakers or business casual, with frequent dress-down days.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience treating Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain-Post Operative, Calf Strain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Disc Herniation, Fractures/Stress Fractures, Generalized Low Back Pain, Meniscus Tear, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Plantar fasciitis, Postural Dysfunction, Rotator Cuff Non-surgical Intervention, Rotator Cuff Repair-Post Operative Care, SI Joint Dysfunction, Stenosis, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, TMJ Dysfunction, and Total Joint Replacement.
• Float: Float rotation is not required.
