Physical Therapist, Outpatient WoodsVille, New Hampshire
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and perform physical therapy treatments for patients with injuries, disabilities, and diseases according to a physicians prescription. The role includes maintaining appropriate documentation for patient charts and third-party reimbursement agencies. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

Schedule: Days; 58 hour shifts, typically 7:30 AM4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break; no weekends; no call; minimum 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physical Therapy; licensed as a Physical Therapist (P.T.) in New Hampshire; Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
Additional Information: Outpatient setting; outpatient experience required
