Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist practicing in home health care settings is sought in Tillamook, Oregon. Job Details:

• Location: Tillamook, Oregon
• Schedule: Day Shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required; license to practice Physical Therapy in all applicable states required; valid drivers license and must be at least 21 years old required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQIBLS) certification from an approved vendor required; home health care experience; experience with Home Base and Pointcare systems
