Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position available in Houston, Texas. This role involves providing therapeutic interventions, assessments, and treatment planning for inpatient clients on a day shift schedule. The position requires assessment and treatment of patients as part of a dedicated inpatient care team.
Job Details:
- Location: 1313 Hermann Drive, Houston, TX 77004
- Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40
- Required Qualifications: 1 year of physical therapy experience in a hospital setting, Texas licensure, BLS certification
- Preferred Qualifications: APTA graduate
- Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 444
- Number of Staff: 8
- Staffing: 1 charge PT, 3 PTs, 2 PTANs on day shift
- Equipment: Standard hospital equipment
- EMR: Meditech
- Typical procedures include assessing, treating, and planning therapeutic interventions as required by the PT discipline
- Personality Fit: Not specified
- Certifications: PT license valid in Texas, BLS
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information:
